We all have someone to look up to, someone we refer to as our role models someone who inspires us to be the best version of ourselves. All these characteristics can be termed as “hero”.
Each of us wants to live to the fullest as we only have one life that we should never take for granted.
While some people turn out to be legendary and iconic, some remain ordinary but become extraordinary in their own ways.
These heroes we refer to are merely individuals who chose to sacrifice and go out of their comfort zone for the sake of their love for their family/country/friends/significant other.
They become exemplary for us because we see them succeed and overcome their battles and endeavors.
Despite everything they have been through and whatever life throws at them, they chose to rise above the hardships and difficulties.
Those people become stronger and wiser than before. These heroes are merely individuals who chose to live with a purpose.
May it be for their family, for their nation, organization, friends, significant other or just fellow human being with the same race, ethnicity, religion, etc. as them.
But with all these descriptions, we ask ourselves: who is our personal hero/heroes? and how did we come up to the point wherein we refer to them as such.
