Venice Flooded: Worst Floods in 50 years

Venice flooded, this is the worst flooding to ever hit Venice in more than 50 years. Venice on its knees the mayor said on Wednesday.

It is the worst flooding in Venice since 1966, when the city was hit by tides that peaked at 194 centimeters (76.4 inches). This was according to government statistics.
