A pair of shoplifters wear hollowed-out watermelons on their head while they rob from a convenience store in Virginia, USA.
Surveillance cameras caught the watermelon-headed men roaming around the store early night on May 6, according to the police.
Thanks to their seedy idea, they were able to brilliantly elude authorities.
Days after the incident, the police arrested Justin Rogers, 20.
According to a TMZ report, the man faces charges of misdemeanor larceny of alcohol.
He is also facing misdemeanor possession of alcohol by an underage person, as well as prohibition of wearing a mask/face-covering in public, according to Louisa Police Chief Tom Leary.
Further, police said they are still looking for the second person.
Louisa police also asked for the public’s help on social media to find the remaining man who rob a convenience store on May 6 with watermelon rinds on their heads.
Meanwhile, customer at the convenience store present during the robbery thought their disguises “fell in that thin line between stupid and clever.”
She said the disguise is “innovative but ridiculous.”
“The amount of work that you have to do to actually hollow out a watermelon to stick it on your head, I think, is kind of crazy,” she said.
