People have their own grieving when they lost a loved one. But the memorial that this daughter named Jean Lahm is adorable and hilarious at the same time.
She learned this sense of humor from her beloved father. Jean lost her 71-year-old father named Terry Ward last year because of a stroke.
His physical body is already gone now but his funny spirit still lives in the memories of the people who know him.
Fortunately for us, we can see how funny he is because of the entertaining memorial made by his daughter.
According to Jean, Teddy wants to make people laugh. He simply had this unusual, amusing sense of humor and they inherited that humor.
It is good to see that even in the saddest moments of their lives, the family still honors the sense of humor of their late father. Maybe their family was full of laughter and happy moments.
In the memorial, Jean writes that her father leaves “behind 32 pots of Miracle Whip, 17 cases of Hamburger Helper and hordes of other random items which help them in case of a zombie apocalypse.”
Jean also added that her father loves the following things,
“Hunting, Scuba dive, ABBA, Turkey Run, Bed Bath & Beyond, starlight mints, free beer, The History Channel, debating on the finest pizza, The Chicago White Sox, and of course, his family.”
Moreover, Jean said that he doesn’t care about the material things. She also said that her father doesn’t want to eat uppity foods like hummus which they called ‘bean dip’.
Jean proudly says the comment of a stranger about her dad, “Teddy is just a typical great guy who appreciated life and loved to laugh.”.
Teddy’s legacy will surely continue to live with his children.
