Apple’s new Mac Pro could cost you $52,499. Yeah, we know, it’s a lot. Now, the new Mac Pro is about to go on sale. The top of the line Mac anticipated by users for its astonishing specs. And the Apple design is like a cheese grater like appearance. Pre-order started last Tuesday.
This is the computer’s first update in six years and it looks so different from its predecessor. Apple chose to leave the previous “trash can” cylinder design for the more traditional tower shape with several holes for cooling and a handle on top. The computer is loaded with a 28-core Intel (INTC) and 1.5 TB of system memory.

The costs will be $6,000 for the computer alone. Now, customers also have to buy the 32-inch 6K retina LCD display, called the Pro Display XDR, for an additional $4,999. There’s also a $999 monitor stand, but the computer can be used without it if you lean the monitor against the computer or purchase a mount adapter.
The computer may cost more than $52,000 if the customer chooses all the high-end specs and pre-installed software. For example, Apple is selling the 1.5TB of memory that costs an additional $25,000.
Now, that’s a dream computer build right there.
